Hartley's Gardens, bring a bit of nature in.
The Garden should be practical, functional and beautiful.
It also needs to be healthy and many are not. Mostly it's lawns that have been mowed for years, all the goodness and life has been stripped away. Sometimes it's overgrown hedges or conifers that hide vast areas devoid of life.
As with many things, Balance is what's needed, wild areas shelter and feed lawn spaces. Bringing the many benefits of Nature, even a small mature garden will bring in Birds and small mammals. The wild areas will in time sprout trees, providing structure and continual beauty if pruned in the way of Hartley's Gardens.
